The training is geared to all who are actively engaged serving on boards and committees, etc.

How we lead and/or represent has an impact on equity and inclusion-Join the Office of Equity and Human Rights Judith Mowry, Senior Policy Advisor and Koffi Dessou, Interim Director to explore:

  • Impacts of implicit bias on equity and inclusion efforts in a time of change and transition
  • Strategies to interrupt or reduce individual bias and to create a space that meaningfully includes the voice of diverse participants, perspectives, and communities
  • Organizational culture and efforts to mitigate bias
