PedPDX: Facilitated Small Table Questions 7:15

/ Francesca Patricolo, Planner II, Policy Innovation + Regional Collaboration, PBOT & all present

Overview:  PedPDX is Portland’s Citywide Pedestrian Plan. It will prioritize sidewalk and crossing improvements and other investments to make walking safer and more comfortable across the city. The plan will identify the key strategies and tools the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will use to make Portland a great walking city. Community engagement has been conducted and PBOT is compiling that information along with other data to create an inventory of existing walkways/sidewalks and crossings as well as deficiencies in the network. For more information go here.

Purpose: PBOT is looking to neighbors, as local experts of their neighborhood, to help verify data collected and provide corrections and suggestions in Central NE. We will have facilitated small table discussions reviewing maps, verifying data, and providing constructive feedback to PBOT.
